Who we are

Jayson Casper Trading (“we”) operates jaysoncaspertrading.com, the Casper Crew VIP Discord and the related course platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, username and password (stored hashed) when you register or buy.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we receive the transaction reference, amount and status, never your full card number.
• Discord link: if you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID and username to assign your member roles.
• Course progress: which lessons you completed, so your dashboard can show it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and analytics for security and to improve the site.

Why we use it

To provide what you bought (courses, VIP access, Discord roles), to run your account and support tickets, to send service messages about your subscription, to prevent fraud and abuse, and, with your consent, to send marketing emails.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), hosting (Kinsta), email delivery, Discord (role assignment) and analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and as long as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing, and ask for a copy of your data. Contact us through a support ticket in the Discord.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login and checkout and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
